Read the sticky and learn to reduce pictures.

I always try and reduce mine to 800X600. Makes them viewer friendly.

I use photobucket and they atomatically reduce them to 800X 600 on the edit feature. Roy

I use a program called FastStone Photo Resizer that works really well too. But if your hosting them at Photobucket, might as well use their tools. I host them on my own server so I needed a tool on my pc to do it.
